Password reset procedure :

Y1-4: If you need to reset your password or if you require any technical assistance, please send an email with your name, NRIC (FIN) and class to itsvc@ri.edu.sg

Y5-6: If you need to reset your password, please use the designated computers at the Student Affairs Centre (SAC) or the Shaw Foundation Library (SFL) to reset your password before proceeding to the Computer Lab to register for "Password self-service". Alternatively, you can send an email with your name, NRIC (FIN) and class to itservices@ri.edu.sg
